The USSG7 telecon on Monday is open to non members who make
arrangements to participate. According to the chair this will be the
only open meeting, all others will be delegates only. Arrangements
must be made before the end of business on Friday.

Details are in the attached message to ITAC-R.

In order to avoid the LEAPSECS default post length the original MSWord
docx attachment is converted to PDF at
http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/leapsecs/USSG7.pdf

If this proposal to revise ITU-R TF.460 will cause trouble for any US
organization or operation then this is the opportunity to speak.

The attached draft input document from the Chair of US WP7A has been uploaded
to the US SG-7 website for consideration during Monday’s US SG-7 telecon. It
is consistent with the agreed U.S. position agreed prior to last year’s WP7A
meeting. Please provide any comments to the author with a copy to me by COB
Friday.

This will be the only open meeting of US SG-7. Any subsequent meetings will be
restricted to members of the U.S. Delegation only.
