The USSG7 telecon on Monday is open to non members who make arrangements to participate. According to the chair this will be the only open meeting, all others will be delegates only. Arrangements must be made before the end of business on Friday.
Details are in the attached message to ITAC-R. In order to avoid the LEAPSECS default post length the original MSWord docx attachment is converted to PDF at http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/leapsecs/USSG7.pdf If this proposal to revise ITU-R TF.460 will cause trouble for any US organization or operation then this is the opportunity to speak. -- Steve Allen <s...@ucolick.org> WGS-84 (GPS) UCO/Lick Observatory Natural Sciences II, Room 165 Lat +36.99855 University of California Voice: +1 831 459 3046 Lng -122.06015 Santa Cruz, CA 95064 http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/ Hgt +250 m
