There is nothing new in the talking points here on the list. We continue to
disagree on the same issues. The timezone discussion continues to be
unpersuasive - and has absolutely nothing to do with the large looming expense
in time and money facing astronomy, aerospace and related communities should
UTC be redefined. If that happens, the conversation will only be beginning.
