The discussion has concluded. The decision is to give the opportunity to those
member states that have not participated in the process of discussions, to get
aware of the details of this issue.
The recommendation has not been voted, neither accepted, and it will be
proposed to be included in the agenda of the WRC 2015. In the meantime, it will
go back to the study group 7 for more work on it, but keeping in mind that it
should recommend a continuous time. It seems that the WP7A will have many more
participants than in the past, since member states seem to be interested in
closely following the process of discussion!
I think that this resumes the outcome of the assembly.
