Apple seem to have a cluster of ntp servers, as "time.apple.com"
corresponds to a bunch of IPv4 addresses. I'm not monitoring the
leapbits from them, but I have updated my graph of what leapbits
various other servers have been reporting at:

The peak that looks like it is at the start of 2013 does seem to
correspond to a bunch of servers advertising a bogus leap second.
