As a workshop associated with a large conference we have no special plans for
published proceedings or transcribed discussions. However, both are available
as preprints for the 2011 and 2013 meetings:
Decoupling Civil Timekeeping from Earth Rotation:
http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/futureofutc/2011/preprints/
and Requirements for UTC and Civil Timekeeping on Earth:
http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/futureofutc/preprints/
The published proceedings are available from the American Astronautical Society:

Powerpoint is also available and I imagine we will put the slides from the
Sunday sessions online, too. By all means pass these papers and discussions
around widely.
