Actually, in other time circles in which I move there are a growing number of artists who are working on time-related art, and the Guggenheim had an exhibit several years ago that was related to space and time. In addition, the Temporal Design folk out of the University of Edinburgh incorporate art projects in their workshops. Basically, time-related art is a growing trend, so I'm not surprised that an artist is interested in the upcoming WRC.
