Actually, I should have mentioned that the document [https://www.bipm.org/utils/en/pdf/CGPM/Convocation-2018.pdf] contains the English version after the French text, so there is no need to use an automated translator to English. And the BIPM always stress the fact that the French version is the definitive one, parbleu.
