Does anybody else find this wording a bit odd? It says there will be no positive leap second at the end of this year but makes no comment on whether they'll be a negative leap second then, or any leap second at other times. I'd have thought something like: # There will be NO leap seconds introduced strictly before 2004-June-30th. would capture the intended meaning with less room for even a tiny doubt. Ed.
