But that's not bad timekeeping, it is an example of a marketing strategy which requires both CBS and NBC to have accurate clocks, which both adhere to the same standard so that they can precisely target each others programs. If you were privy to their (guide-real) algorithm, you could set your TIVO to precisely capture one or the other program. And skip the commercials... Pete.
