Hi, currently I have some problem in enabling the wifi. During the boot I get the following messages:
rt2800_wmac 10180000.wmac: failed to load eeprom property ieee80211 phy0: rt2x00lib_request_eeprom_file: Info - Loading EEPROM data from 'soc_wmac.eeprom'. rt2800_wmac 10180000.wmac: Direct firmware load for soc_wmac.eeprom failed with error -2 rt2800_wmac 10180000.wmac: Falling back to user helper firmware soc_wmac.eeprom: firmware_loading_store: map pages failed ieee80211 phy0: rt2x00lib_request_eeprom_file: Error - Failed to request EEPROM. rt2800_wmac: probe of 10180000.wmac failed with error -11 This because in the device tree I didn't define the wmac node. If I understood well I should create a node pointing to the flash area where some relevant information are stored. Can I ask what is searched by the kernel in this area. In this way I can search the info in the flash and create the node in the dt. Thanks. Bye. _______________________________________________ Lede-dev mailing list Lede-dev@lists.infradead.org http://lists.infradead.org/mailman/listinfo/lede-dev
