The following 3 patches enable lantiq danube targets to be compiled with the dwc2 usb driver instead of ifxhcd.
I have tested usb storage and a usb sound card on a home hub 2B and both seem to work fine. The only problem I have identified is that a couple of mode mismatch interrupts are logged whenever a new device is inserted. This does not happen with the ifxhcd driver or with the dwc2 driver on ar9, and does not seem to affect the subsequent functioning of the device. For the moment, I have not included patches to switch danube profiles over to dwc2 by default.
