I've smoothed out the known snafus and tagged hledger release 0.3.99, aka "0.4 beta". This one should build on windows, includes a basic web interface, and brings plenty of other improvements. http://hledger.org has docs, including the release notes at http://joyful.com/repos/hledger/doc/NEWS.html .
Please pull from http://joyful.com/repos/hledger , then make or cabal install, use it, try it on all your ledger files, report problems and/ or send patches. This will make 0.4 a better release when I upload it to hackage in a few days, all going well. Ideally we will get some platform binary packages together too.
