Please also don't miss out on the options, especially 'g:ledger_detailed_first' as described in ftplugin/ledger.vim. On a sidenote: You may want to set 'g:ledger_fillstring' to some fancy character like '¨' for unobstrusive line aids. I found the following vim digraphs to work quite well: '. or ': or ', or .M or >> (press <C-K> in insert mode and then type these two characters)
