I forgot to mention how to use it:
fixed mxn $0.07
.... transactions involving any un-annotated mxn commodities will
be regarded as if {=$0.07} had been specified ....
end fixed
Also, this will appear on the master branch in just a moment, as it passed full
tests last night.
