Hi all, it's my first message on this mailing list. I've discovered ledger quite some time ago, but only managed to give it a chance a few days ago. I find it very promising and I'm already quite enthusiastic about it. Many thanks for everyone who contributed to it !
I'm experiencing a weird behaviour with the test ledger file to be found at the end of this message. Saving it as the default ledger file, and running ledger -b 2010/09 -e 2010/12 --budget --sort date reg Dépense through Ledger 3.0.0-20100623 displays only 8 lines. Now, surprisingly enough, when moving the transaction "2010/11/05 * FAI" below the transaction "2010/08/05 * FAI", the same command ledger -b 2010/09 -e 2010/12 --budget --sort date reg Dépense displays 14 lines.
