Attached are a couple of patches for 3.0 arising from bugs submitted to
Debian:

0001: (http://bugs.debian.org/605810) Options provided in ~/.ledgerrc must
be specified one-per-line, not all on one line.

0002: (http://bugs.debian.org/605807) Specifying multiple files separated by
colons to either LEDGER_FILE or --file does not work (ledger just complains
it can't find a:b).

Both of these bugs were originally reported against 2.6.2, however I've
tested the behaviour of 3.0 (as of current master HEAD, eda6cbd...) and
written my patches appropriately (2.6.2 didn't allow --file to be specified
multiple times; 3.0 does).
