Good, glad i could help. T is the amount reported from the account in the balance report. "U" is not longer supported in 3.X as far as I can tell. I am taking it out of the documentation. The new value expression language is much easier to understand than the old single character, unfortunately the documentation hasn't caught up with it. I am working that as fast as I can.
