For those of you using a source build of ledger who haven't done this
here is what you will have to do after installing Lion.
1. Install XCode 4.1 from the app store
Lion nukes the Development tools, they have to be reinstalled.
Note that you are actually installing an installer from the
App Store. You have to run the installer to to actually get
everything in place.
2. Update your macports.
This will take a long time. Seriously, I think it rebuilt everything in
my Macports tree just from doing an update, even though I
updated everything a few hours before I installed Lion.
3. That's it...
