I had the same thing happen to me and haven't had time to dig into it at all. My initial guess (key word) was that it is having an issue with the warning that was thrown above that.
Warning: inreplace in 'acprep' failed I may be completely off in that guess but someone who knows the homebrew formula function inreplace needs to verify that.
