The Bugzilla is actually not the canonical repository of Ledger's work list,
it's the Org file.  That's why tests are named after the initial part of the
Org item's UUID.  I have a lot of automated machinery here for Emacs that
helps me create tests from Org entries, etc.

I'll take whatever name you want to give it, and then I'll rename it.  The
test name for #492 should be CAE63F5C, since the UUID is:

   :ID:       CAE63F5C-CA90-45D1-943D-FD772DCDDF56
