I am not sure if 2 digits will work for month as I also have an error for 2 
digit month, as shown below. 

While parsing file "Jan_to_Jun_Acct", line 33: 
While parsing transaction:
> 08/01/2012
Error: Invalid date: 08/01/2012

Any other input? 

What is a good way to test and see if the new date format is working?
