Hi,
I have assets arranged in a hierarchy like this:
Assets
Fixed
Computer
Furniture
Current
PrelimExpenses
TDS
Now, I would like to have a balance report in which only the following two
headings are present:
Assets:Fixed
Assets:Current
However, I am not able to get this to work. If I invoke
ledger balance "^Assets:Fixed" "^Assets:Current"
then the report contains their children as well.
If I invoke:
ledger balance "^Assets:Fixed$" "^Assets:Current$"
then there is nothing in the output.
What's the right way to choose second level headings?
