I will take a look and see if it could merge in to ledger-mode. Interestingly enough I recently pushed a change to ledger-mode that supports scheduled transactions. I have yet to put the documentation in order, but it takes a separate file with ledger transactions using wildcard dates and determine which transaction should be coming up soon.
