In the UK, the tax year for personal income runs from April 6th, for historical 
reasons, so being able to generate both monthly *and* yearly summaries anchored 
to that date would be helpful, and is not (AFAIK) possible with ledger.  
Perhaps `—start-of-month` could therefore also be used to mark the yearly 
summary boundaries?
