Some browsers / operating systems keep this metadata, and 
(platform-specific versions of) ledgerhub could make use of this 
information. E.g., Safari and Chrome on Mac OS X save the download's URL as 
metadata, compare http://code.google.com/p/understand/wiki/MacOSMetadata or 
http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/110239/where-is-the-where-from-meta-data-stored-when-downloaded-via-chrome
