Dear command-line accounting community, For the last couple of weekends I cut down on sleep and finally put a full description of the syntax of Beancount's language on paper (well, on the cloud anyway. 2 years after, it's about time, isn't it?). I also wrote a short doc on how to run it, describing the available tools (but the list of available reports in the doc is still incomplete. I'll be updating it soon.)
You can find these little docs here: Beancount Language Syntax http://furius.ca/beancount/doc/syntax Running Beancount http://furius.ca/beancount/doc/running As always, I'd appreciate your lovely comments and critical suggestions (in the margins, right-click -> Comment, ideally while logged in to your Google account so that it shows your name. Responding to Google Doc's "Anonymous Animals" is always a bit weird). Cheers, -- Martin P.S. With special thanks to Michael Dyck, who appeared to have spent the better part of a recent day reading every hidden word I put up on Google Docs and making numerous corrections mere minutes after my cursor rolled by. Thanks Michael! :-) -- --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ledger" group.
