Is there a way to change the budgeted amounts for expenses part way through
a ledger file? Or do I need to start a new ledger file? For example, let's
say I have the following ledger file:

~Monthly
    Expenses:Rent $500.00
    Assets

2014/07/01 * Test 1
    Expenses:Rent $500.00
    Liabilities:Checking

2014/08/01 * Test 1
    Expenses:Rent $500.00
    Liabilities:Checking

But let's say I move at the end of August and now want to budget $600/month
for rent. I tried just adding another budget block:

~Monthly
    Expenses:Rent $600.00
    Assets

2014/09/01 * Test 1
    Expenses:Rent $600.00
    Liabilities:Checking

However, this had the effect of adding to the budgeted amount rather than
replace it, so my budgeted amount of rent became $1100. Would appreciate
any suggestion, though I suspect I'll need to start a new ledger file.
