I behaviour similar to Tim's, although I'm not on Windows. I traced it down
to having periodic transactions mixed into my normal transaction data, and
worked around it by moving my periodic transacitons into include files. It
doesn't seem to make any difference what the account names are. This may be
Tim's issue.
