You ROCK!  I was immediately able to reproduce the behavior.  There is
something wrong in ledger-occur. While I look into that, turn off Ledger
Narrow On Reconcile in the ledger reconcile customize screen.
Reconciliation will then work correctly, but not narrow the xacts to only
those in the account you are reconciling..
