In my reports amounts 0 <= x < 1 and amounts > 1 are represented 
differently.

Looks like this is a feature of commodity handling. How can this be 
overruled for this particular case?

(Note putting 
- "C  0,01 EUR = € 0,01", multiplies all values by 100. So also does not 
work as I expect.
- --exchange €:EUR, does not resort any effect)
