I'm trying to track reimbursement requests from my FSA using something
based on an old thread here by Russell Adams.

I can do something like this:

1/1 Doctor
 Expenses:Healthcare $100
   ; FSA: R1234
 Assets:Bank

1/5 Doctor
 Expenses:Healthcare $50
   ; FSA: R2345
 Assets:Bank

1/30 Reimburse from FSA
 Assets:Bank $100
 Assets:FSA
    ; FSA: R1234

And run something like

$ ledger -f fsa.ledger --pivot FSA bal %FSA
                 $50 FSA
                   0 R1234
               $-100 Assets:FSA
                $100 Expenses:Healthcare
                 $50 R2345:Expenses:Healthcare
--------------------
                 $50

What I'd really love in this case would be to have the R1234 section
entirely disappear (it's a fully processed reimbursement) and just see
my outstanding reimbursement). I can't figure out how to do that! Is
this possible? Is there a better model?
