--account takes any value expression that can be rendered as a string, and it
prepends the actual account name with this string.
So, if you use --account=tag('Foo'), then your account names become:
<Value of tag Foo for the posting>:<original account name>
There is also a --payee flag that does the same thing for payees.
This gives you various ways of changing the report output, without losing any
of the account information. That's why I added --collapse: to disable display
of the account tree underneath each "commodity".
