Beancount has a simple "bean-price" tool which is used to pull down price directives. https://bitbucket.org/blais/beancount/src/8013b905c17a/beancount/prices/?at=default It supports just a few sources, but contributions are welcome. (I could easily be extended to support Ledger price syntax, and I wouldn't mind adding an option to produce that output.)
