It seems like when using the (very nice) balance assignments feature, the
ordering of the transactions inside the file suddenly matter.

Minimal working example:
2018-1-1 Start
    Assets:Cash $100
    Equity:OpeningBalance

2018-1-3 Spend
    Assets:Cash =$20
    Expenses:Cash

2018-1-2 Present
    Assets:Cash $30
    Income:Presents

Putting it in the file as above, `ledger bal exp` returns $80. Changing
the order of the last two transactions, though, gives $110 (which is the
truth in this case).

Is this a bug, or a feature missing?

I am working normally with several files, each contains data for different
overlapping date periods. The real time order is usually *not* preserved.
So I guess that if this bug is not easily fixable, I will have to stop
using this (again, very nice) feature.

Thank you all contributors!

Peleg.
