I am a new user, trying to figure out ledger. Is ledger case sensitive when
it comes to account names? Consider this example file

2018-01-01 * transaction1
  Expenses:Groceries 10 USD
  Assets:Income

2018-01-01 * transaction2
  Expenses:Groceries 10 USD
  Assets:Income

2018-01-01 * transaction3
  Expenses:groceries 10 USD
  Assets:Income

Transaction1 and Transaction2 has "Groceries" while Transaction3 has
"groceries". When I look at the balance, ledger treats them as separate
accounts

ledger -f example.ledger bal expenses:groceries
              30 USD Expenses
              20 USD Groceries
              10 USD groceries
--------------------
              30 USD

But when I look at the register, it appears that it does a case insensitive
match

ledger -f example.ledger reg expenses:groceries
18-Jan-01 transaction1 Expenses:Groceries
        10 USD 10 USD
18-Jan-01 transaction2 Expenses:Groceries
        10 USD 20 USD
18-Jan-01 transaction3 Expenses:groceries
        10 USD 30 USD

>From this, I gather that when I am adding transactions to ledger I need to
pay attention to case, right?
