As of 2009-02-21, this still seems to be broken.

I tried a date of *2018-07-17.11:15* in a ledger entry, and used 
*--input-date-format* *'%Y-%m-%d.%H:%M'* on the command line, but:

While parsing transaction:
> 2018-07-17.11:15 Some transaction
Error: Invalid date: 2018-07-17.11:15


Any chance of times being supported?
