The ledger convert command does not work as outlined in the manual. I've tried on my own CSV files and I've tried copying the example directly from the manual.
When I run the command as outlined in the manual this is what I get: `Error: No journal file was specified (please use -f)` I don't understand why it wants me to specify a journal file to run the convert command.
