Hello Martin,

thank you very much! I was not aware that these words can just be used in 
value expressions, this is actually really intuitive :)
What I am looking for is actually the inverse of what you wrote, i.e. one of
-l "not (not cleared and not pending)"
-l "cleared or pending"
-l "not uncleared"
which all seem to work fine :)
