Ok, I was able to trick it with smartly selecting number of days and dates. For example to make 1 transaction on 2021/04/20 the line needs to be: "~every 90 days from 2021/01/15 to 2021/04/20"
This workarounds 2 bugs (the need to have start before today, and missing 1 time syntax).
