Hi folks;
I have been in touch with the folks who maintain Business::OnlinePayment and
it looks like we may be able to move to their framework. Obviously
card-present support will be hit/miss from various modules for a while but
we can work with them to get the needed functionality.
I think that this will be a big win for everyone.
