Minor things need to be finished up/corrected for beta 1 Some things work
very well. Other things don't work quite so well. If you are interested in

Voucher system, permissions, etc.
Milestone 2 includes enhancements to the above, and the draft system
Milestone 3 includes the new reconciliation stuff, and user management.
The next 1.3 release will be beta 1.
