I have disabled the code in question pending 1.3.1 and will re-enable it
after. However, can you try this (besides updating to latest svn):
perl -e 'eval { require Template::Latex } || print "Failed: $@ \n"'
I would like to get to the bottom of this so we can re-enable this for
1.3.2.
