LedgerSMB 1.3.24 has reached RC1. This release has a significant number of
bug fixes and will be generally recommended across the board.
Translators note: This release does have a string change. If you are a
translator, please make sure that the "Add Language" menu item is still
being translated properly, since previously there was a typographical error
there. We believe we have these fixed, but please keep a close eye.
This release has a significant number of useful fixes in it, and FCGI is
now a supported environment.
Code review, testing, etc, is welcome from everyone.
