Today Chris and I fixed a number of issues with company creation on trunk/.
After those have been fixed, I was able to create a company both with a
"full permissions" and a "manage users" initial user.
Looking at your "fullpermissions" log extract, your problem should be
solved now as well. Could you try again with the most recent trunk and
report back?
