Hi,
Just updated the patch with some modifications:
Several input fields and labels were too short, I increased their widths to get
a more comfortable width.
Now translated labels are in one line instead of wrapping into 2 or 3 lines,
input fields are wide enough to see a complete IBAN number etc.
