One note regarding the customer's VAT number on the invoice: the user should
upgrade his template to include the tax_id as he/she wishes.
If one needs that, it is possible to wherever one wants, just using:
I already tested it in 1.3.x, but not yet in 1.4. Maybe this night I will have
time to check it.
