1. Somehow added same customer twice. No way to delete customers?
2. Perhaps related to the other search problem I reported, I get no
sales order listed when I try to report them. Perhaps a Perl or Linux
version problem, but I've tried Perls 5.18.4, 5.20.0, and 5.24.0 w same
result. This is Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS.
3. I wondered how to add the 25% sales vat we have in Denmark to the
sales order. The subtotal and total are equal.
4. So I tried to add a tax form. Perhaps that's the solution for that.
