I don't actually know how or even if the PGObject::Util::PseudoCSV Perl
module is being used yet but I had initiated an ITP [1] to get it packaged
for Debian. That had been delayed because it was failing tests but that
appears to have been resolved by a new version released last month.
I now intend to work on completing the ITP after Debian v9 ("Stretch") is
released (currently expected next weekend) and Debian Testing is unfrozen
again.
