If the latest Form.pm didn't fix it, please join the #ledgersmb
channel on Freenode and I will see what I can do to help narrow this
down.

In the mean time, try to do the following 2 things:

In System/Audit Control, clear any value in Close Books To and save.
Try again.  If this works let me know.

See if you can reproduce in a new database.
