We haven't really modified this area of code yet from the SQL-Ledger code
(the rewrite is probably going to be scheduled for 1.4). However, the last
cost field at least should be updated. If this is not happening please file
a bug report and we will get to it as we can.

I do know that some of my SQL-Ledger 2.4 customers are complaining of
similar behavior so this is just something that we probably haven't fixed
yet. In general behavior that is identical to SQL-Ledger in the sections of
code that we have not yet re-engineered is a lower priority than bugs we
introduce ourselves or areas in the new sections of code (primarily because
these areas of code are scheduled for a rewrite anyway). However, bug
reports are addressed, so if there is a problem, the best ways to fix it are
either to file a bug report and wait for us to fix it or pay aprogrammer on
your side to fix it. I would suspect that if you file a bug report, it will
be fixed either of the next two minor releases.

Best Wishes,
Chris Travers
